01 Business account

Owner login
on the website

You log in at pos.flagshipbusiness.com to manage your subscription, pair registers, and view account settings. This is your SaaS portal — it never lives inside the POS app itself.

02 Device lease

Register paired
once, renewed silently

Each register (Windows PC, Android tablet) gets a signed 45-day device lease when paired. It renews silently every time the register connects to the internet. Day 30 warns. Day 45 locks until renewed.

03 Cashier PIN

4-digit PIN
lives on the device

Cashier PINs are stored locally on the register. They are never transmitted anywhere. A cashier cannot access another branch's register. PIN management happens inside the app, not on the web.

QUESTIONS.

What does "one-time purchase" actually mean?

You pay $200 once, install the app on one Windows or Android device, and it works forever. No monthly fee, no expiry. You own the license. The caveat: the 45-day device lease still requires occasional internet connectivity (every 30 days ideally) for security validation — but there is no recurring subscription charge.

Can I pay cash or by bank transfer?

Yes. Email billing@flagshipbusiness.com, tell us which plan you want, and we send an invoice. Once you confirm payment with a transfer receipt, we manually activate your subscription. It takes one business day. This is the standard option for Caribbean businesses that don't use international cards.

What happens when my internet goes down?

Nothing changes. Sales continue as normal. Inventory is updated locally. Receipts print. The cash drawer opens. When your internet returns — in an hour, a day, or two weeks — all transactions sync to the cloud automatically. The 45-day lease is a maximum; most businesses reconnect long before that.

How many devices can I run?

Offline Mode: 1 device. Cloud Backups: 1 device. Single Premises: multiple devices on the same local network (typically 2–10 registers at one location). Everything: unlimited devices across unlimited branches. Each device needs its own pairing code generated from your account portal.

Do my cashiers need internet to log in?

No. Cashier PINs are stored on the device itself. A cashier can log in, run a full shift, and log out with zero internet. The PIN never leaves the device. This is by design — cashier authentication is intentionally local-only for reliability and privacy.

Can I upgrade between plans?

Yes, anytime through your account portal at pos.flagshipbusiness.com/account. Upgrades are prorated to the day. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Moving from Offline Mode to a monthly plan is straightforward — your existing data remains intact.
